Drakerath
Geography
Drakerath is a kingdom split in two. The north is a volcanic waste ruled by the Three Sisters, three active peaks that feed the mines with ore and gems. Ash plains and broken rock stretch to the horizon until they slam into the Landrise, a sheer cliff that cuts the country in half. South of that wall, the land turns green. Broad fields and pastures surround the capital city of Ironspire, whose dark towers rise above farms that feed both the lowlands and the northern mines.

Culture
Life in Drakerath follows the land. People in the north grow tough and guarded, shaped by ash, heat, and risk. Those in the south build their lives around harvests and livestock. Each side respects the other. Miners know the food comes from the plains. Farmers know the metals and stone keep the kingdom strong. Festivals often honor both fire and soil, with forge work and harvest games sharing the same squares.
Outlanders
Newcomers from the Shifts meet hard eyes and clear rules. Most start in the fields or the mines so locals can see if they pull their weight. Those who work, listen, and keep the peace earn a place and may settle as permanent residents. Those who stir trouble face a choice with sharp edges. They can walk into the northern wastes or be sent into the Shifts beyond Drakerath’s borders.
