Outlanders
Eryndor keeps strict borders. Only elves may enter, and trespassers are stopped and questioned. Outlanders who arrive through the Shifts are turned away without discussion. In rare cases, someone with exceptional magical skill is offered apprenticeship under close watch. Even then, acceptance is scarce. The elves protect their land and traditions, and they allow few outsiders to shape either.
